Labor Law

Our firm has many years of experience in providing legal consulting on labor law issues to a wide range of clients, both local and international, including corporations and private individuals.

For many years, our firm has also litigated many cases in the labor courts, including representation of clients in class action lawsuits.

Our labor law practice deals with employee hiring and termination issues, guidance in executing various transactions, hiring senior executives and their remuneration, various contracts and agreements with the client’s employees, severance pay, injunctions, NDAs and non-compete agreements, consulting on the employment of agency workers, etc.

The support and guidance is provided on a day-to-day basis and focuses on everything relating to HR management, enforcement and litigation involving agreements and contracts with the client’s employees, drafting work procedures and regulating termination of employment, including guidance in hearing proceedings. We help our clients make informed decisions by providing them with all the knowledge they need in order to weigh the risks and possible outcomes of the legal proceeding in which they are involved.

Adv. Shmuel Auslander, a senior partner at our firm, has served for decades as a judge at the National Judicial Authority of the Histadrut HaClalit Federation of Workers in which he has presided over many cases in the fields of labor law, disciplinary law, employee organizations, workers’ committees, cooperative societies, etc.
