Yael assumes responsibility for overseeing the real estate department within our firm, managing all aspects related to real estate. She specializes in providing legal guidance and support for large-scale real estate transactions, encompassing sales and purchases, leasing and consolidation, as well as advising on construction transactions, including comprehensive insights into taxation aspects.

Furthermore, Yael is a qualified mediator and holds the authorization to create lasting powers of attorney.

Yael joined our firm in 2009 and has built her entire professional career within our firm, initially as an intern and subsequently as a lawyer and a partner, solidifying her role as an integral and valued member of our team.
