Shmuel co-founded the firm in 1988 alongside his fellow partner – Mordechai Shalev.
Over the span of his impressive 37-year career, Shmuel has adeptly managed court and labor court cases across all jurisdictions, encompassing a diverse range of civil and commercial matters. These include, among others, antitrust law (competition law), complex commercial claims and disputes (such as contract law issues, corporate and labor law disputes, conflicts among controlling owners of corporations, cooperative societies, administrative law, regulatory matters involving various bodies, drug importation and marketing, interactions with national and local authorities, and labor law claims).
Shmuel possesses a unique specialization and extensive experience in class action lawsuits spanning various fields. These encompass consumer rights, vehicle imports and marketing, automotive parts and product liability, vehicle-related services, food production and marketing, real estate, urban planning and construction, and numerous other areas.
For decades, Shmuel has actively engaged in handling such cases and providing consultation in the Israeli automotive industry. He has also been a trusted advisor to leading companies within the automotive sector, offering guidance on transactions, agreements, contracts, consumer law, regulatory compliance (including antitrust regulations), import laws, supervision in the automotive industry, real estate transactions, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
Furthermore, Shmuel has served for approximately 27 years as a lawyer, sole judge, and head of panels within the Judicial Authority of the Histadrut (General Federation of Labor in Israel). He has presided over numerous cases covering a wide array of subjects, including labor law, labor organizations, labor committees, elections, and cooperative societies.
