Doron Hasdai

Judge (Ret.) Doron Hasdai retired from the judiciary in January 2026, after 22 years of judicial service, including approximately 11 years as a judge of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court.
Judge (Ret.) Hasdai began his judicial career in 2004 as a judge of the Magistrates’ Court in the Southern District.
Throughout his judicial tenure, Judge (Ret.) Hasdai handled complex commercial matters, including cases involving insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate law, civil disputes, real estate, appeals, and class actions.
Prior to his judicial tenure, Judge (Ret.) Hasdai practiced as a commercial attorney for approximately seven years at a leading law firm, followed by an additional nine years in private practice.
Judge (Ret.) Hasdai holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Tel Aviv University (1987).
In 2026, Judge (Ret.) Hasdai joined our firm as a mediator and arbitrator.
